Refund & Cancellation Policy

Website Design & Redesign Services

Every web project involves careful planning, customization, and time investment. Our cancellation and refund terms are structured to reflect the value of work completed and ensure fairness for both parties.

🔄 Refund Eligibility

  • Before Work Begins
    If the project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.
  • After Work Has Started
    If you cancel after work has begun, you’ll be billed for the portion of the project completed to date. A cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply depending on the stage of completion. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Project Completion & Payment
    Once the project is complete, payment is due in full. If payment is not received within 30 days, a 10% late fee per month may be applied.
  • Missed Deadlines (Without Client Delays)
    If we fail to meet agreed-upon deadlines and there are no delays or communication gaps on your part, a partial refund may be considered.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Significant work has already been completed
  • You fail to provide required content, access, or feedback in a timely manner
  • You are dissatisfied after approving initial concepts or revisions
  • You request features or changes beyond the original scope of work

Subscription-Based Services

(Website Maintenance, SEO, Social Media Management)

Our subscription services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. The following terms apply:

  • Standard Cancellation
    A 14-day notice is required before your next billing cycle to cancel without incurring the following month’s charge.
  • Partial Refunds
    We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Undelivered Services
    If a service was not delivered as agreed, you may request a partial or full refund based on the issue.
  • Seasonal Businesses
    If your business operates seasonally, you may request to suspend services temporarily. A 30-day notice is required. Full cancellation requests are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

WordPress Theme Refund Policy

All WordPress themes sold by Wheelz Web Design are delivered digitally. Because these are non-tangible products, all sales are final once the theme files have been delivered.

⚠️ Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same theme more than once. Requests must be submitted within 7 days.
  • Corrupted File – If the file is corrupted and we’re unable to resolve the issue through support.
  • Non-Delivery – If your theme is not delivered within 48 hours and the issue cannot be resolved.

🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Incompatibility with your hosting, plugins, or setup
  • Lack of technical skills to install or customize the theme
  • Dissatisfaction after viewing the demo and product description

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be given for third-party products or services (e.g., premium plugins, stock images, or domain names).

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email.
Please include your full name, project or order details, and the reason for your request.
