At Wheelz Web Design, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your project. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to both parties and helps maintain a smooth workflow. Please read the following terms carefully.
Website Design Project Cancellation
- Once the project is complete, payment is due.
- For websites hosted by us, you must provide a 30-day notice, a 50% fee will apply for the work already completed.
- If payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate the hosting service and remove the website from our servers.
- Self hosted websites, you must provide a 30-day notice, a 30% fee will apply for the work already completed.
- No refunds will be issued after the 30 days.
Subscription Services Cancellation
- Monthly Services (e.g., Website Maintenance, Social Media Management, SEO Services):
- Cancellations require a 14-day notice before the next billing cycle.
- If cancellation occurs after the billing cycle has started, services will continue until the end of the current cycle, with no partial refunds.
Seasonal Businesses
- If you operate a seasonal business and require temporary suspension of services, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance.
- If a full cancellation is requested, our standard cancellation terms will apply.
Refund Policy
- Any refunds due will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- No refunds will be given for third-party services or software purchased on behalf of the client (e.g., premium plugins, or stock images).
How to Request a Cancellation
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to dayvidca@gmail.com.
- Include your name, project details, and reason for cancellation.
